Center for Autism Research and Electrophysiology (C.A.R.E.)
The Center for Autism Research in Electrophysiology (CARE) Lab is dedicated to conducting behavioral and psychophysiological research focused on understanding the manner in which typically developing children, children with developmental disabilities and children on the autism spectrum process and integrate sensory information. In particular our lab is interested in understanding individual differences in sensory, perceptional, and cognitive processes associated with autism spectrum disorder. To do so, our lab uses Electroencephalography (EEG), specifically Event Related Potentials (ERPs).
